Four months after the first test, I took a second one to see if there was any improvement. The second test results showed someone else's results.
The review showed the elimination of grains due to self reported allergies, however, I am not allergic to grains so I know it wasn't my test result.
I called Viome to see if they would correct for this and they took off the grains from the food list, which was not the resolution I was looking for. I called a second time to resolve the issue and was told they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours and I am still waiting.

I'm trying to look at the videos at my house but they just disappeared. I really need the videos because somebody came to my house and stole some items, and the video showed the vehicles on camera.
Please send me the videos for May 22, 2024. I would really appreciate it because without the videos I can't identify the perpetrators.

Nothing happened. I got in touch with the company via PISSED consumer otherwise theres no way to contact them.
I got my results after two tries. Its a very, very long process. The first one got lost at the post office, but they were gracious enough to send out a new one. Thats great.
But Theres no way to cancel and I got my recommendations and The first formula recommendation is $199 and thats on a monthly basis. Thats why the score is low for me.
I understand it? I just cant pay for it.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction as my order is currently blocked at the airport due to clearance issues, despite my payment for shipping services. I believe resolving such matters falls under your responsibility. Prompt action to rectify this situation is highly expected.

I only rated what I’ve experienced. I cannot speak to anything I haven’t connected with.
I contacted Viome and the customer service was exceptional. There is a problem with the return of my specimens from the post office.
I cant reach the post office and Viome tried as well and decided to send me a new test.
Well see what happens but I thought it was an awesome opportunity to give me a new test considering their cost. I would have rather cancel the test because they asked a whole Lotta questions that I thought the test results would answer.

To install the Viome app, it needs Touch ID to install and my thumbprint is not working. I have tried many times.

One On One Consultation
I just called Viome to see if I could speak with someone to go over my results with me and they dont have anyone to explain your test results. I got back some concerning results and Im not a GI doctor who can interpret what the things mean.
What a ridiculous concept to charge people for a gut test and have no one available to be able to explain your outcome. Complete waste of money!

I had my issue resolved.
I had an issue getting the Viome app. After several tries, I contacted Viome and after a couple of emails, I still could not install the app. I was informed I could get all the information I needed through their website, and I did.

Having CC problems
I had to update my CC a couple times now because every time I do it still reverts back to the old expired one and pauses my viome orders, causing delays. Customer service was great and other than that small issue everything has been incredible. I recommend viome to all.
